History
Born into a family unknown, Raivis instead found her upbringing amongst soldiers and scholars. She studied the principles of Aetherology and the cosmic wheel; learning to hone and channel her aether. She studied the past, the horrors that were unleashed upon the star countless times; and learned the blade to take up arms against such horrors.Tales of the Allagans, the Amdapori, the Mhachi and the Void. It was not long before she set out towards Eorzea, the seeming heart of where these horrors originate.Upon her arrival to Eorzea, she quickly found allies amongst the Ishgardians, often employed amongst the Inquisition to assist in the apprehension of Dravanian Sympathizers and heretics.Their hunt expanded further, those who considered themselves to be Black Mages, or delved too far into such dark arts. Those who dealt amongst the denizens of the cursed Thirteenth Shard.Over time, Raivis found herself learning how to counter such Magi, how to stop their spellcraft and disrupt their draw of aether.Such time spent immersing herself in such potent battles, took its toll on the woman, aetheric exposure tainting her gaze, turning her eyes into that haunting, purple stare that makes oh so many around her twitch with unease. Her body marked with countless arcane sigils and runes meant to help her better fight her chosen prey, as well as enhance her own spellcraft to overcome them.
I strive to stay within the confines of the lore, abiding by it to the best of my ability. By no means do I know every single detail, nor am I some perfect being. Everything I do with my characters is often carefully thought out, and I try to support it with written lore, or in more vague areas, I am not against looking towards previous entries in the franchise and of course theory crafting to try and find a plausible answer. I would expect a similar effort put forward by those that I interact with, and while I am not wholly against people taking inspiration from other universes, please do not try to turn FFXIV into things like Warframe, Destiny or 40k, it does kill my interest in doing things with you.A lot of us like to play the Adventurer or Hero archetype, and thus we tend to play strong or powerful characters, which is fine, but keep in mind that there are limits to what is believable. No one wants to run around with an unstoppable god that can walk through walls like they were paper, or crumple armor with a flick of their finger. I believe OOC communication is one of the best tools in RP, if there is something that you aren't sure on, or that you aren't comfortable with, then I encourage you to ask OOC for clarification that way we can all try to keep the interaction entertaining for everyone involved. After all, we're collaborating on a story for everyone involved.I am open to all forms of RP, from casual slice of life to action and adventure. And while I am not shy about darker, more violent themes, or yes even those that are Erotic, I would ask that you message me OOC with those intentions before just springing them on me.
I've been Roleplaying through quite a few different mediums since I was like 10, moving through online forums, to tabletops like DND, Rogue Trader, and MMOs like World of Warcraft, SWTOR, etc.Outside of Roleplaying, I enjoy competitive shooting (ELR, IPSC, 3-gun, etc), hiking, camping, hunting, playing other Video games like Hunt: Showdown.I work in multiple roles as a First Responder and I am certified as a Paramedic, amongst other things, which leads me lead a fairly busy life. I generally work overnight shifts, and I occasionally will disappear for days/weeks at a time because of work. BUTT! I do try to keep in contact with people as best I can. Just be understanding, yeah?I love joining community servers, so feel free to poke me about that!I do have F-List, as well as Mare yes. If you want either, ask me for them, or find them hidden in some of my Carrds.Discord is by far the easiest way to reach me. So feel free to add me on Discord at:

A friendly duel
Raivis, in her free time, loves nothing more than testing her steel against a worthy opponent! There is no truer show of one's heart than painting the floor red in a heated bout until first satisfaction.
A meeting of fate
Raivis is quite well traveled and spends no short amount of time on the road. Traveling alone, or with others, it is not uncommon that she meets many upon her travels. Come, a friendly face is always welcome by the fire.
Professional
Hark! And prepare to taste steel, heretic!
Be you a dabbler of the occult? A Magus thirsting for power? A fool, willing to sell their soul to the fell and demonic for what ever gains? Do so at your own risk.
Hero! Come Hither unto me!
Have you an infestation of those that crept from the void? Perhaps a witch most foul has placed a curse upon you or yours? Of course! For the right amount of coin, Raivis is more than willing to lend you her blade.
